Acrylic fibers

Acrylic fibers or yarns are almost always better than other carpet fibers. These fibers have high reversibility, good thermal insulation and also have high fineness and replace wool in machine-made carpets. These properties make acrylic unique among all fibers, and almost no other natural or synthetic fiber has these properties at the same time. As a result, delicate and special designs that could previously be produced in hand-woven silk carpets can also be produced by machine with acrylic fibers.

Another feature of acrylic fibers is its durability, which is known as the best machine carpet.
These fibers do not change color and nature by stepping and washing, and their elegance and beauty are not lost, while BCF and polyester carpets, after several washes, may not have the original quality.

BCF fibers and yarns

Yarns and fibers of machine-made carpets are available in two types: staple and continuous bifurcation. BCC yarn stands for Bulk Continuous Filament, which is the difference in length between the two fibers. Bessif yarns are intertwined indefinitely. BSYFA yarns in the production of machine-made carpets cause the carpet to be lint-free, and due to the spinning of the yarns, the carpet has a high resistance.

Polypropylene fibers

A rug woven with polypropylene yarn looks exactly like an acrylic rug. The difference between acrylic carpet and woven carpet of polypropylene yarn is its reversibility and wear. This carpet hardens over time due to soaking.

Polyester fibers

Polyester fibers are relatively strong among all types of machine-made carpet fibers. These fibers are not suitable thermal insulation and in addition, the pressure tolerance caused by stepping and applying load on this carpet is weak and does not have much reversibility. Polyester carpet is not the best machine carpet but there are some advantages for polyester fibers. Among these advantages is the cheaper price, resistance to moisture absorption and decay, which makes this carpet a better choice for wet areas.

Jute fibers

Jute branded fiber is obtained from the annual stem of the plant. The growth of this plant is more seen in places with humid climates. Important properties of jute fibers include 100% recycling in nature, high abrasion resistance, the ability to provide fine yarns, thermal insulation and anti-static resistance. Cheta fibers are mostly used in the production of sacks, ropes and machine-made carpets.
